Sports Volunteer Opportunities
If you love sports and love our area, then we have just the opportunity for you.
In 2008, this area will be hosting:
| May 16 - 18 | Coastal Cup Inline Hockey National Championship |
| June 11 - 15 | 2Hot4Ice National Games |
| June 18 - 25 | US Youth Soccer Region III Championship |
| July 25-Aug. 2 | PONY Fastpitch Nationals |
| July 29 - Aug. 3 | Senior Softball USA |
| November | Capital Area Soccer League's Showcase and Shootout |
| December 4-7 | NCAA Women's College Cup |
These are just a few of many sporting events that the Raleigh area is hosting. It's also important for players and fans alike to have a winning experience off the field by enjoying the many things the area has to offer.
The Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau needs volunteers to staff area information tables at the venues and talk with visitors about things to see and do, directions, places to eat, etc.
